Solicitud de aclaración de la sentencia T-478/15.

El Ministerio de Educación Nacional solicitó la aclaración de las órdenes contenidas en el numeral 4º de la precitada sentencia, relacionadas con la revisión de todos los manuales de convivencia y la verificación de la constitución de los comités escolares de convivencia, para que se indique que dichas órdenes deberán cumplirlas las Secretarías de Educación de las entidades territoriales certificadas.

La Sala encontró que el peticionario no solicitó la aclaración de la sentencia en el término procesal oportuno y que dicha petición, en realidad, perseguía la modificación de la orden, en abierta contradicción con los propósitos de la aclaración.

Se RECHAZA.
